Stormeye was the second character I created before, and how he finally has a reference sheet.
He grew up in the city of Esterwind, the pegasus city nearby Yokeshire that's in charge of the weather for the area, though he's moved himself to Yokeshire Falls. He's a good flyer and has high stamina.
