Bio: While not the youngest on the council, Raindancer is the runner up for that position. She obtained her position right before Skitters was accepted into the council and is often treated as very naive.

She can come off a bit scatterbrained sometimes. Rain is often attempting to think about multiple things at once so she almost always seems distracted. Many times she just mutters to herself to help her sort things out. Many times talking to her when she's in a brainstorm is a trial on it's own as she'll talk about a few different subjects at a time. Of course, this does mean the sometimes some matters are left on the wayside and she forgets about them for a little bit.

One of her biggest strengths is that she's incredibly creative. She loves to build and tinker and is always super excited to see what others have come up with.

She's an idea gal. If you have some problem or conundrum come to Rain. She'll be able to spout out a few ideas, some of them nonsensical, but some of them good.

Of course, her ideas aren't always thought all the way through and she can get herself deep into trouble at speeds so high even Dandelion couldn't keep up.

Rain's biggest goal when entering the council was to try and better the life of her people. She dreams of one day being able to come up with many inventions that better her species and the grotto as a whole. She's definitely not afraid to speak her mind and she has little secrets. Many times when trying to explain things she'll blurt out some embarrassing story from her childhood or some random gossip she heard that help the point come across. It takes a lot for Rain to get embarrassed though. Her view comes from a standpoint of "Well, it happened and I've learned from it. It's in the past but even if I didn't like the situation at the time it could probably help someone else. So it doesn't matter that I once blew up my mom's entire kitchen when trying to bake a cookie made out of nothing more than milk, sugar, and some sweet flower thing I found in the forest that was probably explosive. I can now tell others to NOT use that flower for a power source."

Of course, she also tends to say a lot of her thoughts on the others out loud as well. She has a dislike for Benthis and her stubborn old ways. And many times Mr. Undertow will stand in the way of her latest project under the reasoning of 'it's dangerous, just no'.

She enjoys hanging out with Skitters since they're both around the same age and she loves listening to Greylake's stories of the past.

Despite her name, she has no coordination or rhythm. She's a sight to see at the festivals.
