Bio: Opal is the first and eldest wife of King Hardstone. He fell for her during a match he had against her in the Battle Royale where he won kingship. For many months after that he tried to woo her into joining his clan. She refused. It wasn't until after the Spider War that Opal gave in and joined Hardstone's clan.

Opal is one of the toughest Terrans around. Her and Hardstone often spar against each other whenever they get time. Free Time? Spar. Spousal Fight? Spar. Making up from spousal fight? Spar. She does her best talking on the battle field and won't accept any weakness from anyone, not even herself. She is actually kind of fond of the scar on her shoulder as it matches the one on Hardstone's. She treats it like one would a wedding ring and wears it proudly.

After most matches she goes to Silken to patch her up. Against the hard nature of her husband she enjoys Silken's softer touch on things and will often seek her out for advice on more delicate matters. Or just for cuddles. Silken is the best for those.

That's not to say that she's downright insulting to anyone who doesn't meet her standards. But if she feels that there's room for improvement then the Mad King be damned, she's gonna train whoever it is until it's been fixed. This especially applied to her family and, by extension, Kale. She's the kind of mother that if you beat up her son she'll have a stern talking to the parent (small threatening glare at the child) and then start questioning why you lost before making you do laps in the tunnel.

She's the leader of the Terran guard and her training regimens are said to be brutal. But no one ever drops out. It's hard to say whether it's because they don't want to or she won't let them leave.

Opal herself always has to be moving and actually hates being still. Egg-sitting was the worst thing she ever had to go through. That is, until Hardstone hired Baron Kale. The new assistant almost immediately got more than he bargained for when Opal forced him to egg sit so she could take a walk. She wouldn't be gone long, but seriously, it's so boring and even someone like Kale couldn't mess it up.

As far as her children go Opal is very insistent that they all have daily training. She loves them and she wants them to be able to defend themselves if they ever got in danger. She's not good with heart to hearts, but hey, the best defense is a good offense. Not all of them are entirely up for it and a lot of them have gotten clever enough to sneak out of her sessions.

Bio: Silken originally came from a lower clan. She's not one for participating in fights and she actually never really had an interest in joining the royal family. That is....until she saw them sparring.

Despite being very...well....soft and squishy both inside and out, Silk has a small weakness for strong breezies. An infatuation really. After accidentally stumbling on one of Hardstone and Opal's sudden sparring matches. She fell for them. Hard.

Over the next few weeks she did her best to attempt to court both Hardstone and Opal into joining their clan. She hoof-stitched blankets and sent them many presents. After receiving the 5th item Opal sought her out to see what exactly was going on. Upon hearing Silken's reasons and confession Opal suggested they at least spend some time together to see if they were compatible. We all can see how it went after that.

Silk is a very gentle and motherly breezie. She has a love of tea and drinking said tea while watching her two mates beat the ever living crap out of each other. Silk always has bandages on hand and is pretty much an expert of patch-ups at this point. Once everyone's fixed up both Hardstone and Opal end up piling on her to rest. Silken doesn't mind, though.

Unlike Opal Silk is very patient and loves sitting on eggs. It makes her feel important. Kale finally got a break once Silk came around as she was willing to also take care of Opal's eggs.

Out of all the types of breezies she could be, Silk is possibly one of the most devious. She exudes a 'good listener' aura and most ponies end up spilling their secrets to her without realizing. This means, of course, she knows everyone's dirty little secrets and she's not one to hold back if they can be used in the name of justice. Most of the children are actually more terrified of Silk's punishments than Opal's. With Opal at least you know you're getting some laps and push-ups. Silk gets creative.

She's also very straightforward. She has no problem saying what's on her mind, though she does have tact. She loves to throw flirts out to Opal or Hardstone to fluster them up during important things.

Overall she feels very safe with her bodyguard mates.

Stone Skipper is the youngest of Hardstone and Opal's children, and probably the last. Both his parents are too old to have any more kids so for now he's the youngest.

He totally wants to be like his momma. Skip's dream is to become the next captain of the guard and he trains to his little heart's limits.
Skip loves exploring though he's still scared of the old Terran tunnels. You know the ones. The ones filled with old Spinner traps.

Despite the big act he puts on he always ends up hiding behind his momma's legs.
