Yay tron mode! YAY. Oh gosh love this movie ;u;
Had to make some fan-art, and what better way then to make tron wolves?
God, this took 5 days, but I'm pretty proud of it (even though it may not be anatomically correct.)
And Photoshop loves fapping the luminosity tool with png.'s that don't have backgrounds, so here's one that shows its full potential >[link] <
Cropped that bg from here, cus I was too lazy to make my own, but I added some small details. >[link] <

Their holes in their paws symbolize the disc, and those holes in the back symbolize their wheels (sorta) and then I added cool mask! And yes, their tails look like that of a felines, but they are flat (like a tapeworm XD)

Thanks for the critique, and I am sorry for all the hectic-ness that has recently happened. I am so honored that I've gotten critiqued by you!
Forgot to mention though, but these guys don't touch the ground, but float an inch off the surface.
Another thing, as for the blue guys helmet (yes based off of Sam XD [link] ) the side of the helmet doesn't touch the face, but hangs quite some distance from it. In this piece however, I brought it a bit closer to the muzzle, while still making it "hang" a bit.
Still, I am so honored to have been critiqued by you, and I'm hoping to improve!

A very strong piece; the shading and highlights are very well played out, falling in some interesting places. The light is glowy but not overpowering, and the fur is textured but not distracting.
The one distracting fault I see in this picture is on the bottom wolf. The perspective is lying on the top of the helmet but at the side of the muzzle, and the helmet and the nose are not lining up. If you adjusted the nose just slightly so that you only see the top of the nose and muzzle, the problem would be fixed. Also, be careful with your colored lineart; coloring the lines in a darker area or an area with deep shadows (in this case, between toes) can really flatten the area. Try keeping the lines dark, but coloring in some highlights on one of your color layers.
Otherwise, this is an extremely impressive piece. You did a fantastic job with controlling your dynamic poses, your lines are extensively clean, and you did not go overboard with your special effects. Very good work.

Looks very neat, I love how this was executed. The fur detailing is wonderful. The shine and glow are perfect and not overly used. The gaps in legs are quite a unique thing. I've never seen it before. The background could possibly use a little more touching up, but then again, its not the main focus of the piece. The visor on the "Tron" aspect possibly could have been clear perhaps? I'm just saying because they were clear in the movie. The IDD could have been made more of a "solid" looking piece, it looks like its blending in with the honeycomb data? Also I'm not sure if you can do animations, but the IDD spinning could have been neat. But overall I like this piece.

I made my own wolf characters based on Tron as well! They even have their own backstory and I really want to get them uploaded to Deviantart soon! I feel like Β we were in each others' mind when it came to wolves and Tron.

Oh my goodness these are just gorgeous! I like how you got down the designs and how you styled the bodies to fit the Tron-like atmosphere.
I do have a question though. Would it be alright, with your permission, if I may include CLU's helmet design (or the idea) into an OC I hope to make? If not then that is perfectly fine!
