This is Jolt, my shiny Jolteon. Well, he doesn't have a nickname in-game since I got him in a trade, but I call him Jolt.
He was a birthday present from a friend of mine <3This was done in Paint BBS on Bulbagarden's oekaki, in maybe... an hour and a half? I dunno, I sort of left it open
