this is totally a repostAnyway this is Rupsen, my fire starter final. It's the final evolution of Bunfin, which can be found in this ancient drawing here: [link]
It's a Fire/Steel type. It can shoot smoke, steam, or fire from its spouts, and can communicate long distances by whistling in this way.
Based on a bunsen burner, if anyone could tell.

Thanks! I used Paint Tool SAI's brush tool, which has nice blending capabilities. I painted the darkest part at the bottom first then used the lighter color to bubble in clusters of smoke. Then I just kinda scribbled above it and blended it into the white. :3
