Description
A set of 1979 Kryptonics CX66 wheels before and after I airbrushed them. The 1979 CX series came in two colours green and blue. These are one of two sets of blue ones I have but I decided to airbrush this set green as they had discoloured to a more turquoise-green colour (actually more green than they look in the photo) than the other blue set. Original sets of green Kryptonics CX wheels are rare and generally more expensive than blue CX ones on the vintage collector's market as green CX wheels retain their original colour better than the blue ones. So airbrushing a set of discoloured blue CX66 wheels green is the cheaper option for me.
