Just felt like doing a trading card size version of the style I now call the Ashfall style.I like this one much better then the first Typhlosion pic I did like this:
Done in Prismacolor Pencils on black paper. (the siggy is metallic silver verithin)

Ooooooh! The corona of firelight isn't as expansive around this Typhlosion as your other artworks like this, but the effect is awesome in its own way. Very well, you caught the deceptively calm glow of dangerously hot flame burning low, just as likely to gently warm you as send you to the hospital for getting too close. So the Pokemon looks threatening in a whole different way. And all in such a small piece of art! So cool!

I actually couldn't get that corona thing to work on this for some reason, so I just got rid of it for the most part. xD

I actually like Typhlosion over the other fire starters. since always pure fire, no dual typing needed.
Though I wasn't actually an "always pick fire starter kind of guy".

It never occurred to me that Typhlosion is the only pure fire type. o.o
Typhy is my favorite too of the fire starters. =3
