Heartless Victini:

My Livestream watchers know I have sat on this picture for a while now. I wanted to change a few things before posting.

I ran into a conflict with someone, where apparently my work is not really vector work because I use Gaussian Blurs.

Whatever. Its vector to me because I can scale it to whatever size I want with minimal loss of quality. You can go too small though in Illustrator. At that point, the vectors fall apart and shift around.

I learned this while attempting some macro work on my Black Market account.

Done in Adobe Illustrator CS5.
