This was my contribution to dfektion 's latest release.. "foresight" being the theme.Hrmm.. y'know I really gotta learn how to do decent backgrounds some day. This looks like it was done by a 3 year old :/
I'm pretty happy with the figure though

Ha. This is one of the most cunningly intelligent concepts I've seen in a long run, man. Of course, it takes those wise individuals (ehem) to click and awe in amazement to notice.
But anyway, about the art piece itself, the concept backs it up well, and the character IS the concept, and well designed at that, but the rendering could've cost you more consumable time, me reckons. what do ya think. And the background seems tad too blurry. Think yo ucould've gone with the earthtones along with the armless figure for the background and left it focused, as the attention isn't gonna be wasted on anything apart from the centre (the character) anyway. Think this could become a much better piece than you realise. Such a great thinker, aint ya.

yeah, i'm not really a fan of that blurry background. i was never really good at backgrounds, and don't like doing them.. i guess this one was kinda rushed too

Hey man,
I like the arm going through the head, but I think that if you had added the other arm, extended in front of the guy, as if protecting him from a collision it would have been cooler. Thats just my opinion though. Great drawing... Very "fuzzydemonish"

i think the background gives sort of a morbid twist to it. it looks like something from a child's tv show. add the figure, and it's .... i don't know how to describe it. my brain is dead right now.

As usually, a pretty cool and somewhat funny piece. The guy is really cool.
For the background maybe if you put some detail in the front, like small rocks and a dirt like texture, it would give the piece a heck of alot more depth...
