i was trying to sketch something to practice cel-shading and when i learnt that velociraptors had feathers, i couldn't help but make this raptor. i feel they would've looked really silly!...so here's a stupid velociraptor hatching a plan for world domination...
P.s.: sorry if you are bombarded with the same file, devart wouldnt submit a nice png file
