Description
I couldn't think of any good ideas so I just decided to do another heart. I really wanted to experiment more with different combinations of different coloring/shading techniques, so I quickly sketched a heart in Photoshop, cleaned it up with the pen tool, then colored it in. I used about 4 shades of the same color filled in vector lines, colored over it with the calligraphy pen to add a flat shiny look, added circles to make it more 3-dimensional, then used soft brush strokes with very low opacity to add light and darkness.Took about 10~20 minutes.

I like hearts and that would be a cool tattoo or on a t-shirt!

It looks awesome and I'm kind of amazed and jealous that this took 20 minutes tops

I honestly just slapped stuff on for the coloring portion. I swung the brush randomly in areas that looked like good light/dark spots and threw in an occasional click or two to mix it up. You can say I paint like this guy .
