Original: [link]I've been looking for a program that focuses on vector art and is easy to manipulate since Photoshop's pen tool can be a pain. I came across Inkscape and decided to give it a try. Since I wanted to hurry and try it, I didn't use an original image. I used the 5th official Fella image from #fella .

Inkscape is good, but you still won't get features as good as Photoshop in anything.
PS can be really wide and allow you to do mostly anything you want to, with the image.

One think I really wouldn't mind in Inkscape is Photoshop's parent-layer feature. That keeps everything in the lines quite nicely. Photoshop's pen tool doesn't have as smooth vector drawing, however. I also can't find a way to edit drawn paths.
