I've been lurk reading while I'm in recovery but I saw you were collecting page layout advice. XD Ignore this if you want to.
Western comics are always read top to bottom, left to right, just like a print book. You won't need to draw arrows if you stuck to that formula as its natural for a western reader to follow panels that way.
Page thumbnails are the best thing ever and save so much time if you aren't already doing them. XD You can do several quick sketches of the same page to see how it looks best before you ever start on the actual comic page. It's also a good way to help draft your whole story and see how it flows/fits together

So the past three pages were actually 9 pages that I squashed into three. and I couldn't change the layout of the panels too much 
I read a lot of manga! And it's rubbing off xD
Hopefully from the next page on it makes more sense!

There we go. Spyro had been a little stunned before. But now everything is finally reaching a head. Anger and sorrow mixing together to make quite a volitate combination, especially for a drake that has been asleep for a very long time. One that might not have been given the chance to grow up and gain emotional maturity.
But then again, emotions are not a weakness.
