I think what makes Cynder more interesting to me is how she is both beautiful and terrifying all at once. This one seems to get the terrifying, but the whole head area is making me nope straight the heck out of me.

At what point did I suggest it was sex appeal? Woah there. facial beauty =/= sex appeal.
My attention is purely on the head and face area here. And as far as that is concerned, feels to me like you put it on the other extreme, going for straight-up monster.

By sex appeal tho, it doesn't mean that the character has to be slutty/sexy. Facial beauty is a form of sex appeal, and we wanted more dragony, fierce type of beauty instead of non-traditional. But I'm glad you can see it~

I like how muscular she looks, she looks like she actually has some meat to her bones, unlike what many people decide to draw for their adult cynder. 
I'm really looking forward do seeing where this story is going, especially with Spyro and Cynder looking like this. ^_^ *is fidgeting anxiously, hardly able to wait*
