and im getting better at paws

This is a character from Reign
His name is Khansar (carn-sar). Or KhansΒ His name was taken from a word meaning "sand dune" in arabic I THINK I can't remember that far back xDHis an earth dragon
He speaks with a slight southern accent and is realyl REALLY clumsy... the only time he seems to have control over his motor skills is when hes smithing He's incharge of weapons and armour.Here he is working on the start of some armour. I made a weird welding thing- tried to make it simple with a little sci-fi twist.

You know, this drawing reminds me of that moment when you have an awesome idea while in your bed, about to sleep, or just had a dream, and you can't wait, so you get up of the bed and start working on it. Anyways, the drawing is stunning, it looks very proffessional and well drawn, jezz, you're improving a lot! He looks cute with the tongue sticking out like that, I can tell that he's focussed in his work. I like the very good job that you made with him, so many details (spikes, scales, horns, etc) and he looks great in your cool style, same goes with the well done anatomy, I love how the paws and claws look, specialy with those fingerless gloves. I want to say that you nailed the ilumination and shading, they're perfect, and yep, that candle looks very good. Clever use of the rock wall textures, and the wood is very well done.

Oh this is beautiful and so amazing and hnnn. I really wish I had a grasp on cell shading and atmospheric effects, but it always seems to escape me. I especially love the opalescent look to the goggle lenses, and the fire coming from the tip of the welder is just... hnnnn. Words fail me. How do you do this.
