This is my contest, let me show it to you!lol, I dun know I wanted to make a promo image and also since the point of the contest IS to draw for Qwilfish fanart I may as well participate (of course I will not enter my own contest but I think you get what I'm saying).
Anyway practice a little bit of cartoony expressions here

Qwilfish is so under appreciated... I just drew my own Qwilfish fan-art (waiting for scanner) and decided to look up if he'd been drawn on dA and the numbers are very sad. I'm sure the only reason there are even that many is thanks to your contest here.

Good idea. Special Spheal, though hilarious, is messed-up enough. Ok, I take that back. Weird Plusle is the most messed-up bootleg I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I can't find the image for that one.
