If only I could remember who I made this for
Anyway they were having difficulty turning real animals into Pokemon so here's a tutorial to help get an idea.This tutorial is for Pokemon but it also can help with making other types of monster or even just making an animal cutesy poo.
Sorry about the length and probably massive amounts of english writing fail .__.
btw, don't steal the pig please, its not officially a fake Pokemon since its shit but I did make it specifically to help.
Also the real pig was based after an image in one of my books, not a trace but pretty much in the same pose so I take no credit for it.

actually I know there's a free program that's around photoshop quality but its name fails to come to me at the moment, I think its called Gimp but I could be mistaken. Maybe you should ask in the DA forums about it.
Also I do use photoshop but I understand why your mother won't buy it. Its really expensive! I got an older version and it still was 150$ (though luckily someone help me pay for it and all I payed for was 40$).
