Here's my end of a trade with the salubriousHe asked for Haruko of FLCL fame about the same size as my recent Hinata pic, and it came out a little too similar to that particular picture for my liking, despite my best efforts, but i guess at that kinda weight, things start to look the same.
Next time i do the very large ladies, i'll be sure to have practised a few variations on viewpoint.

You could try to go for another kind of pose, although there are alot of limitations at that kind of weight, that's why we all have imagination (I hope). Throw on top of her stomach, or on her back (then again, that may crush her lol), or even just re-arranging the folds could probably do.

Juuuuust a bit pissed, but I think she's never looked better. Of course, that's just me.
Hm... As for keeping the larger girls for looking too alike... Perhaps you could experiment with different fat distributions? Such as an immobilized pear shaped girl. Or perhaps different sorts of belly shapes, like "double bellies" and the like? Just throwing out some things so you don't get bored with immobility, heh.
