I understand your question, but it's like, is it any More confusing than someone being attracted to the opposite sex that you're attracted to? I can't find other men sexually attractive, yet women just do. I mean, men like boobs, but do we have an objective reason why?
The point is that people most of the time don't know Why they find things attractive, they just do. There are lots of psychological theories about why people like certain things, but in the end it comes down to personal reasons that vary greatly between people.
I like this because of how absurd it is. One moment she's a skinny girl, the very next she's a giant blob of fat...it's just kinda funny to me.

Thanks for the explanation tho it's more clear to me now^^ but ya know it doesn't matter to me anymore cuz in the end we all have something we like that other ppl can't see the meaning and find it weird, but like he said it's a thing we happen to like doing at the end of the day.
