Description
Inspired in a conversation withFor Monty Burns, seeing Ryan Smithers is like watching Waylon Sr. alive, much younger and with a Philly personality which make the younger man also unique. Specially about literature, Ryan shares the same taste as his grandfather. Monty find him in the library a lot, when the younger man came to spend some free time from college (he was send to Yale). He noticed the book: The Works of William Faulkner. It's the same book Waylon Sr. used to read.
"Oh Ryan? You chose to labor over such works? You have the same questionable taste as your grandfather, I fear. I really ought transition your focus to classical works.", Monty mutter as he came closer. Ryan stop his tracks.
He's getting used to that. Been like the spiriring image of his grandfather.
"Maybe but since almost all my life that I've enjoying stories like this one. Telling you a deep story about secrets and emotional dramatism and the influence of times in one person's actions, how it could lasting into oneself to the others thought time", Ryan was like talking to himself instead of Monty. "Don't mind me reading those by the way, I just enjoy a good literature that gives life to your mind"
He could hear Burns laughing in gentle annoyance. "Ah but that is exactly as he said too."
Ryan smiles. "Oh yes? So, what could he think of The Glass Menagerie?"
