Very nicely done, beautiful piece of work. I have been a huge fan of space art for about 10 or 11 years now, but over time it has become more and more of the same stuff. Rarely have I seen space art rendering an aurora from space. This is a nice breath of fresh air, and has breathed a little life back into my enjoyment of space art. Thank you, and excellent work!

hehe thank you but well there are some great original artists like ^gucken or =Nameless-Designer i adore their work a lot
but i know what you mean, i am glad you like it
thank you again

Oh, I am a big follower of gucken. I've watched him for a while. I also love Greg Martin ([link] ) and Gary Tong ([link] ). Those guys were doing space art like ten years ago, or very nearly so, and I absolutely love their work. I have seen some of Nameless' work, but I just realized I don't watch him (I'll have to rectify that.)
The thing that is really sad to me is that over the last couple years, everyone, their nephew, and the toddler next door started doing space art, and most of it is the 30 minute kind of stuff you get from using a few photoshop plugins or a program written specifically to create space art. I used to dig through the space art category looking for those little gems of talent, but finally had to give up because it just wasn't worth it anymore. I am always happy when I find another talented space artist like yourself.
Cheers! Merry Christmas!

and really ? i didnt know there is such a software ... well maybe they want to be cool or something ... but i hope there always will be few peple which really like space arting like for example me
... and i hope there will be less people lazy like me
and man thank you for your words
its big pleasure for me
merry christmas to you too

I do indeed believe he is a genius. That guys work is phenomenal. Out of curiosity, what work did you collaborate with him on? I would love to see it.
As for the software, I remember, many many years ago, I played with a couple photoshop plugins that could fabricate "space art" based on a few algorithms. It was terrible, and most of the space art on DA looks like it came out of one of those plugins. I also remember seeing a few years ago a program dedicated to space art. It seemed to do a better job, but again, its still all procedural...which isn't "art".
I appreciate it when someone takes the time to actually create their own artistic work, rather than letting a computer algorithm do it for them. Computers are number crunching machines, not artists, and its sad that so much are is just procedural.
Anyway, love your work. Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year!

well we didnt collaborate, but i worked from start on his experience the planets project ... but i decided i will leave this to more skillfull guys ...
and well ... its bit shame, also i think they will make 3 or 4 pictures and they will do it never again ... but man i must say you are right you said it nicely
thank you
