Description
The Diplotator gen2 is a hybrid between the same Diplocaulus as the original and a different Irritator specimen. This hybrid seems to have mixed both body plans of its predecessor with a more quadruped stance. It is most similar to a Boverisuchus in its stance an posture, and, most surprisingly at all, it can stand up and run with its hind legs. This specimen was giving more crocodilian dna, most notably the American Alligator, which is why it looks more crocodilian than the last specimen. It is still aggressive, but not so much due to the temperament of the alligator. It has giant, but not as large as the last specimen, head that branches off two points that end in spikes. The head also has a powerful bite, competing top with the T.rex. Unlike the last specimen, this one has not 2 but 3 sets of teeth: the first set at front of the upper jaw are conical teeth, perfect for grabbing fish, the second set at the end of upper jaw are serrated teeth, perfect for cutting through flesh, and the last set in the lower jaw are needle-like teeth, perfect for grabbing onto slippery prey.It is 1m( 3.3ft )tall, 6.5m( 21.5ft )long, and weighs 1,000kg( 2,200lb ). It is very fast, being able to run 30km/h( 18.8mi/h) and lunging at speeds of 80km/h( 50mi/h) just to catch its prey. It is also a very good swimmer with a paddle-like, crocodilian tail for swimming in the water, webbed feet, and a sail that helps in steering through the water. It hunts for fish and medium to large sized animals. It holds onto them with its powerful jaw and then starts slashing with its large, hooked claw bleeding its prey to death. It is adorned with spike-like osteoderms in its back, most likely for protection.
It is a loner like the previous specimen but not as much as it. With enough respect, it will liken up to you and trust you, seeing you as a member of its pack. This has been confirmed by one of my coworkers, who treated the hybrid with respect, care, and love that now the hybrid only likes being with her. It is quite fascinating seen the two of them spend time together. We even have identified the noises it makes when it feels a certain way. It growls and hisses when it is threatened, groans and grunts when it is angry, and bellows And chirps when it wants attention or it is happy.
