How much did you have to zoom in?

Well, it's a macro lens of 105mm, so it's not zooming in

Nature is a wondrous and never ending world of beauty; but what astounds me is your ability to capture such a shot as this with such sharp quality! Snowflakes aren't easy my friend, as are most beautiful things.
I commend you on your work!

I totally agree with this
What can I respond to such a precious comment? Snowflakes are as beautiful as a pain to capture indeed. Sometimes, the few seconds I take to prepare my tripod are just enough for a nice snowflake to be gone with the wind or just broken by other snowflakes... that's why most of the time, I'll do it without a tripod. It can be nice and sharp too, but this time, I was lucky I had the time to set everything and captured it as I wanted.
Hence, you can call this luck as much as a nice opportunity lol
Thank you very much again

So lovely! I am awed by the immense detail in this. Every blade of grass, curve of the snowflake, simply lovely. I could stare at this for a while and still not get tired of looking at it. Beautiful job!
