Jamie: This is a chart of all the Super Smash Bros. pairings, some of which my sister and I support and others we don't.

Joy: As you can see, there are a lot of pairings that we either tolerate or dislike. To be honest, a lot of ships in the Smash fandom are pretty weird and disgusting, mostly the yaoi, yuri, and incest pairings and the crack pairings that don't make sense. Most of the ships we dislike are all four of those categories. Jamie and I are not homophobic, and we support LGBT+ people, but we do not like it when people decided to take random heterosexual characters and pair them up as a romantic couple, especially if they're not gay and are just friends, rivals, or enemies in canon. Lemme tell you, all these yaoi and yuri fangirls/fanboys are everywhere, and they're almost impossible to escape from. They're on websites like FanFiction.Net, Wattpad, LiveJournal, Archive of Our Own, Tumblr, TheTopTens, and even here on DeviantArt. It's crazy. They obsess over their favorite slash pairings and worship yaoi and yuri as if they're the greatest things to ever exist. They ruin great shows, movies, games, and books by shipping almost any two male characters or female characters they can get their hands on, and most of them make overly-sexualized fanart and disgusting fanfictions. Even worse, some of them are absolute creeps who support ships involving underage characters. It's so disturbing and gross. Jamie and I simply don't know why these people are so obsessed with making characters gay or lesbian when they really aren't, and it would be better if they just supported real, canon gay or lesbian pairings instead.

Jamie: That's why almost all the SSB ships we love, like, or tolerate are heterosexual pairings. Since there's just way too many ships we have in the Dislike and Tolerate categories, we'll just list some of the Tolerate ships, as well as the ones under our OTP, Love, and Like categories.

Joy: Under the Tolerate category, we have Young Link x Inkling Girl, Sora x Rosalina, Shulk x Female Robin, Dark Pit x Bayonetta, Peach x Link, Pyra x Male Byleth, Min Min x Cloud, Female Corrin x Male Byleth, Male Corrin x Min Min, Sephiroth x Female Byleth, Sora x Mythra, Zelda x Marth, Lucina x Joker, Male Wii Fit Trainer x Female Wii Fit Trainer, Palutena x Pit, Link x Lucina, Palutena x Link, Joker x Female Byleth, and Pokemon Trainer Leaf x Pit, just to name a few.

Jamie: Under the Like category, we have Male Corrin x Female Robin, Male Robin x Lucina, Ike x Palutena, Pokemon Trainer Red x Pokemon Trainer Leaf, Roy x Lucina, Steve x Alex, Luigi x Daisy, Link x Sheik (she is Zelda in disguise, after all), Daisy x Pit, Zelda x Pit, Lucina x Dark Pit, and Peach x Pit. As you can tell, we kinda ship Pit with a lot of different girls.

Joy: Under the Love category, we have Mario x Peach (obviously), Lucina x Shulk, Little Mac x Female Wii Fit Trainer, Pit x Rosalina, and Kirby x Jigglypuff.

Jamie: And of course, under the OTP category, we have Link x Zelda (obviously) and Pit x Samus. To us, Zelink and Pitamus are the number one ships in the Smash Bros, fandom, and nothing can ever top them.

Joy: Some of the ships we have in the Other category (which includes characters who are not in the template) are Pit x Phosphora, Marth x Caeda (she is his wife in the canon games), Lucina x Inigo, Dark Pit x Viridi, Sora x Kairi, Cloud x Tifa, Ness x Paula, Mario x Pauline, Sonic x Amy Rose, Diddy Kong x Dixie Kong, Toon Link x Toon Zelda, Roy x Lilina, Dark Pit x Pandora, and Villager x Pink Villager Girl. Phew, that's a lot of ships, isn't it?

Jamie: And that's all we have for our favorite SSB ships. Do you support some of the ships we do? If so, that's great! The potential for some of these ships could be beneficial with just the right ideas. Don't you agree?
