Description
This is short instruction how to create CD or DVD case icons for your collection using Gimp and IcoFX.

for both source files:

1. *.xcf file format is a Gimp file format.

2. just paste your layer into working layer (check the resolution first).

3. after paste move your layer between other layers (if placed on top), otherwie there will be no effects.

4. save your project as a *.png format (make sure you saving as a png, 'couse transparency must be visible).

5. use IcoFX to create your icon file.

5a. i'm using tools -> bath process for automatization of creating icons.

5b. in one step i can create more icons if i have ready png files. one click gives you all icons in good size.

6. now hurry go to work and don't forget to upload your files on deviant art.
