It has more or less to do with observation, learning, practicing and having fun. 
This picture was an exercise to get to know Photoshop better. I really need to be faster and more easy going(like I do when I draw traditionally). I still do all my sketches on paper, because it is easier. When I sketch in Photoshop or Flash, the drawings look very stiff.:/
