Name Origin: Fight-Tengu
Based off of a tengu, because Shiftry never passed off to me as really tengu-ish Crow tengu instead! I really like this one If you can get the reference for the shiny, you get cookies.

New Move Info:
Spirit Dance: Ghost Type, Status, No Damage/Acc., 15 PP, Self. Randomly raises two of your stats by 1

Wind Wave: Flying Type, Special, 75 Damage, 100 Acc., 15 PP, Enemy 2 Range. 10% chance of raising your speed by 1. Has less power in double battles.

Hurricane Wing: Flying Type, Physical, 90 Damage, 100 Acc., 15 PP, Normal Range, Direct Attack. 30% chance of making the target flinch (cannot use a move for this turn)

This is the first time I've done Base Stats so, if they seem a little off or, like, impossible... sorry T_T
