Name Origin: Draco-CloudSheep evolves into a dragon. How does that work? idk. Looks cool to me, though. The front claws are off, though.
New Move Info:
Dragon Eye: Dragon Type, Status, No Power of Acc., 10PP, Self Effecting. Raises a stat randomly by 2
Wind Wave: Flying Type, Special, 75 Power, 100 Acc., 15PP, Enemy 2 Range. 10% chance of raising your speed by 1. Has less power in double battles.
Ozone Burst: Dragon Type, Special, 120 Power, 90 Acc., 5PP, Normal Range. 30% chance of burning the target. If target is frozen, melts the ice.
This is the first time I've done Base Stats so, if they seem a little off or, like, impossible... sorry T_T
