Name Origin: Lamb-Columnus
A little cloud sheep dragon thing *Derp* I have no clue, I just like it though. It's cute.
Also, I changed the format of the attacks so that I didn't have to look up all the stats for each one It was getting tedious/annoying to do (Since you can a) look up the stats for pre-existing moves and b) the new ones are listend below).

New Move Info:
Dragon Eye: Dragon Type, Status, No Power of Acc., 10PP, Self Effecting. Raises a stat randomly by 2

Wind Wave: Flying Type, Special, 75 Power, 100 Acc., 15PP, Enemy 2 Range. 10% chance of raising your speed by 1. Has less power in double battles.

Ozone Burst: Dragon Type, Special, 120 Power, 90 Acc., 5PP, Normal Range. 30% chance of burning the target. If target is frozen, melts the ice.

This is the first time I've done Base Stats so, if they seem a little off or, like, impossible... sorry T_T
