It depends...
Nightmarens are made of Dream Energy, so they tend to take different forms based on a mix of the Dream Energys used, but their form is mostly dictated by the one who makes them.
In Nights' case, Wiseman based her off of Reala... or that might be the other way around.

Impressive, there is a strong focus on the harder shading, but the fainted airbrush shading deffinitly gives the idea of a smooth surface over the armour plating as though it was an almost metalic aspect, while giving the hair a fire like feel.
