Could you please tell me how this fractal is created because I would like to make it and variants of it

I use mathematica and some programing. In particular I use an hutchinson operator en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hutchins⦠, which can look scary, but is not. I apply a set of vector translations repeatedly to a set of points. I.e. I take a point multiply by a matrix then add a vector to it, then repeat lots of times.
