Now then, for these characters I'd like to see in a Marvel vs. Capcom game...
Mysterio- The Master of Illusion would be a perfect addition IMO. I can imagine him pulling the weirdest shit on his opponents, like his gremlin robots from the 'Spectacular Spider-man' show, not to mention that mechanical dragon for a hyper combo attack. Also, messing with someone's perception can have some disastrous results (Anyone who's read Wolverine: Old Man Logan knows what I'm talking about.)
Nemesis of Resident Evil fame- How is it that from a game with a variety of mutant freaks Capcom chooses the human characters as the reps in MVC? I'm begging for a monster or two in the next installment.
Whirlwind- After seeing him on the new Avengers show, I just kinda liked his costume design.

They were gona put Nemesis, or Tyrant in this game. But the creators thought that having them would change the rating to M. (Or at least that's what i heard)
P.S. I would like to see the Chainsaw Zombie from RE 4 in this game.

Frik I've been BEGGING for Nemesis to be in the game. But all we ge is him getting slaughtered in a Hulk ending. XC
Leon S. Kennedy plus Nemesis would be the best add-ons tothe game IMO. Chris only knows how to pose and Jill is just there for girl factor.

hell yes to mysterio, he needs to be in more shit. I was super pleased that he was the main villain in shattered dimensions. He has unrealised potential. I love whirlwind because of his wind powers and costume, though im a bigger fan of the ultimate alloiance 2 costume. Nemesis would be beast. I would like to see dr strange, who also has unrealised potential. Good pic

Awesome work the only reason Nemsis isn;t in the Marvel vs Campcom 3 is because it would effect the rating greatly if he was in it coming from a mainly friendly sort of game

Nemesis was officially axed due to ESRB issues, but the other two would be quite complimentary to MODOK in the "C-Lister Marvel Villain" category.

Nemesis would be a cool boss-type character. Not the final boss, since he's not really epic enough to be the final boss in a crossover game, but some sort of sub-boss. I imagine that he'd be similar to Abyss, in the sense that he'd have 3 life bars, and he'd change into different forms for each one.

Yanno, I could never take Mysterio seriously, and his appearances in most media didn't help that fact.

When I think of Mysterio in a fighting game, I imagine it'd be like his "boss fight" in the Spider-Man 2 game. He would have a ridiculously long health bar but get knocked out in one hit.

I agree about Mysterio, he be great for the vs series.
And yeah, i too love how they did Whirlwind in the Avengers toon. I also love what they did with Grim Reaper.
As for Nemesis though, it's understandable that they went with Wesker, since Wesker is the main villain of the RE series. Plus the whole character interaction thing and Nemesis can say much except "STAAARS....", which wouldn't make sense anymore.
Still, those are some good picks and good job with the art.

Actually the reason they Xed Nemesis and Tyran was because they where afraid they would raise the games rateing.

Doesn't mean Nemesis can't do the same thing. Sides Metal Slug as Zombies vomiting blood and that has a Teen rating.

Besides, there's also the way Nemesis looks and the Fact that they probably prefered Wesker, since he's the main villain.

Looks alone don't really mean a whole lot. I mean Konami had the b*lls to put Pryamid Head, Evil Rose and Solid Snake in a sports game for kids. Heck Snake was even in Smash Brothers then theres MK Vs DCU which is also teen. It appears capcom needs to grow a pair an make with the fain service.

I t kinda does Pyramid head wasn't the same and you can't really compare Solid Snake or Evil rose to Nemesis since they are human and not an ugly beast like Nemesis.
MK vs DC sucked and was horribly toned down, so that's not a good comparison either.
And they did make with the Fan service, Wesker ended up working better anyway.

Not anymore. Jill's now a generic martial artist with absolutely no external weapons or zombies. Despite not being available for use yet, the strategy guide says all there needs to be said about her.

In MVC2 yes, according to the "absent" character list on Wiki that's the reason givin.... And noing capcom now... I believe that (seriously they said no the the silver surfer cause they couldn't figure out the surf board - -; )
