Wow, the texturing is awesome. And overall the piece looks great, as your pixel art always does. I wouldn't have minded some more animation (blinking lights or something?) besides the wheels and the moving liquid, but this is just nitpicking really.

I just have no idea what else. Personally I would like to add more action. Maybe a steam?

I was trying but failed.
The main reason is that the steam supposed to go out from the the thing to the left from the computer. But that's the place where I can't use animation (I can't let go steam on transparency because of semitransparency of the steam). I tried to steam to the right but it looks bad.
