Sun with 2 really big prominences on the upper side and one on the right upper side. On the sun you can see a lot of magnetic fields and filaments on the surface.Lunt solar telescope 560/80 f-7 + x2 barlow, Effective 1120mm f-14 with H-alfa filter. Colors falsely given

That is absolutely amazing. What does that filter do, block glare? You're really making me want one of these, lol.

Thanks. The filter is blocking the glare and the visual emission lines allowing the H-alpha emission lines to pass. So basically you get what the Hydrogen looks like on the Sun!
