Description
Still haven't decided on a final design for my personnel gallery yet but have somehow come to a halt on something that may look like this, kinda............Any opinions and help would be appreciated.

gives that techno tron-ish feeling (no shit, i know), so it's all good

Looking cool so far. I think the "digital artist" bit at the top is a little confusing. It reads as the headline instead of your name. Maybe move your name up next to it, or move it down? Anyway the rest looks swag.

especially in the gallery section around the artwork, those darkish blue parts could be distorted in some way just like the surrounding spaces. In MY opinion they look too simple and basic to sit next to that well-detailed skull but maybe that is what you were going for - making the artwork emerge from the background.
Anyways it's just my opinion, still looks beast.

I really like it, the background image is really nice, and the distorted edges / pixelated looking / broken up areas around the blue area look great!
I think if i was going to offer some constructive criticism, i would say that maybe you could break up the grey shapes in a similar style to how the blue is broken away at its edges, with a few rectangular distortions and maybe some of that stained look in the top right 
Either way, great looking design, it will suit your art well

Agree the grey box placement was just an example of where the navigation could be, no real thought behind it just plonked it on there to see if the grey meshed with the blues haha.

I like the color theme, and the fact that the girl looks happy makes the whole tone pleasant to watch
