Work in Progress...A sample crop of what I'm working on, just a little something to chuck up on here for the time being....
Working on the backdrop now, not sure if I should keep that subterranean look or go with something more simple, will play around......

I really love this piece, I plan on making a Metroid animation series full scale, and this is a huge inspiration, not to mention a great standard to go by thanks alot for making this, in all regardless keep up the fantastic work! Love that you are more of a black and white style kind of guy

I love the design of Samus but I always cringe when I see her represented in the usual 'anime' style, even annoyed me at the end of Metroid Prime 2 when she finally revealed her face only to be greeted by some cartoony, smash bros representation that completely fel out of place to the rest of the games aesthetic.
Will have to finish this illustration me thinks

Though for a while I was focusing on the massive shoulder pad, thinking it was the helmet of a Big Daddy or somethign XD (No wonder people make comments about her shoulders all the time)
