Great pose and muscle definition. I'm not entirely sure if the bg goes well with the foreground, though. (It's a very realistic looking texture, but your coloring is very cartoony. I always find contasts like that a bit jarring.)
Overall, though, I really like this a lot.

The detail on colussus is amazing! I love how you've managed to keep your style of drawing and still make those amazing muscles you draw look like metal heheh. Really well done mate. Was well worth the wait
