To make the arrows I got 1 arrow from the "Custom Shape" libary, made a selection, filled it in white, duplicated that layer, moved it next to it & merged, duplicated that, moved it...etc.. untill I had enough arrows. Then changed the perspective (Edit > Transform > Perspective) and fiddled with some more transforms. Next after flattening everything i duplicated it, put a grey colour overlay on and moved the layer underneath and repositioned.

Lorem Ipsum is simply "Dummy Text", it means nothing. It just simulates how a website would look with text on, rather than just typing "text text text text"..etc..
