Description
You'll have to click download to fullview.I know, I know, people have been waiting for a really long time for me to get to these. But I wanted to be able to cover all the different methods that I know[and a 4 MB file is big enough as it is] and realized that I couldn't possibly have the entire thing on one image because it'd be massive.
So here's part 1; making things glow.
Part 2: Glow reflections and Part 3: Glow trails will come later.

This is a great tutorial! It's refreshingly in-depth(An aspect of art tutorials that is somewhat sparse on the internet lately), very comprehensive, and very well composed in layout. This is probably the best tutorial for glow-stick effects that I have seen! Keep up the good work, mayte! I'd give you a llama for this, but I'm pretty broke, lol. Here ya go!
A quick question though, do you have the links for parts 2 and 3(if they are completed yet, of course)?

I have to say, I love tis tutorial, because all your glowy stuff is awesome, but what I REALLy like about this is the sketch of the two figures, because you drew them really awesome! Seriously, I love both their poses; pardon my potentially silly question, but is this a new piece, or have you already done a finished version of it and it's lurking somewhere in your gallery? Either way, I LOVE it

Thank-ye so much!
As for the image, it's just a sketch I had lying around: [link] and I figured it'd work for the tutorial. Maybe I'll finish it, I'm not too sure yet.

σ is in your pixels, linearly separating on a circularly symmetric basis ur subject of focus by no more than 3 standard units.
Looking forward to reflections!
