I have been trying to make things glow for ages. I researched and looked at tutorials upon tutorials and still couldn't grasp the glow. Then I discovered your little glowstick and I couldn't believe how easy and simple it was. Thank you for this!

Wow, this is really useful! I've been trying to find a glow tutorial that doesn't involve the "Outer Glow" function of Layer styles, but so far I haven't had much luck. Until I found this gem!

lol ok. In I think it was step three, you were coloring in the glow stick for the first time. You see the color going outside the lines of hte glowstick. Then in step four, it's all inside the lines and neat. Did you just clean up hte colour or did you switch layer orders?
