LOL Can you tell i have artist's block?

So I've had my eye on for awhile now and finallydecided to go for
Mainly cause I saw:

Before I give all the info they are fraternal twins, hence why they don't look similar.

~`*`~About Noel~`*`~

Name: Noel (no last name)

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Species: 1/2 Necromancer, 1/2 Witch

Applying: "I want to get off the streets, find a home... this seems like a pretty good place" ~Noel

Abilities: Noel is able to see spirits and where the dead are buried using her dead eye (the darker one) which she inherited. She is also able to rise the dead in a spiritual way or a bodily way. This allows her to freely talk to the dead too. Her witch side is very weak though, allowing her to only use minor magyk (spelled this way cause I felt like it ), such as moving small objects. However, she is talented with tarot cards.

Personality: Seemingly slightly shy at first but is simply awkward. She loves pranking people and just having fun.

History: She was orphaned as a baby with her twin, Adam. The only reason the know they're names are the necklaces they've had for as long as they can remember. They grew up in the streets and learned to make due using they're abilities and advantages. She would pickpocket on the streets and steal from stores. She would also sing on the streets and get money for it. (She sings "like an angel")

As she became better with necromancy, she tried to summon her parents, she still tries and is unable to. Adam believes they are alive and were simply abandoned. However, Noel refuses to believe they are that cruel and as mean as it sounds, wishes to summon them instead.

Other:
-Her darker, pupil-less eye is called "the Dead Eye". It's a Necromancer trait passed down to her by one of her parents. It allows her to see the spirits around her (appear as full-body apparitions) and where the dead buried (a patch on the ground will appear to be a different color, usually blue).
-She is very good at singing

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Species: Necromancer/Witch

Applying: "We need to find somewhere we belong and stop all the madness" ~Adam

Abilities: He is very good with his magyk. He is able to move large objects and even living things. Black magyk is his strongest ability. Necromancy, on the other hand, is his worst. He is barely able to talk to the dead.

Personality: Harsh and mean to most people, but has a nice side. He is over protective of Noel and would never let anyone hurt her. If they did, they wouldn't get away with it.
