Personality: Very odd and off-beat. She tends to be happy and smiles a lot. Sometimes she talks in a cryptic manner, making it hard to understand what she means.
Bio/history: LOL idk.
When Bailey was 12 she lost her memory. When she woke up, she was in the home of an old man, who was taking care of her. He had set her broken arm and wrapped her wounds. She was very grateful to the man but didn't want to burden him, she attempted to leave but the old man refused to let her live on her own in that condition. He raised her as his own child then, giving her the name Bailey. The man (Old Man Wilks to most), taught her to fight and take care of herself, like he had known to from his days as an officer. When she was about 15, the man passed away leaving her on her own, but he had prepared her to endure and overcome this. In the end, he inspired her to become a police officer.
