Description
I got a new Barska 40070 telescope. I'm happy with it.
August 30th: the moon turned DEEP red as it rose above the horizon at 9pm eastern. It dimmed into an eerie yellow about an hour later. When I took this (compiled) photo, it was still yellow-tinted.
This was made from a compilation of 6 images to get the richest color and contrasts. Sadly it's a little off focus; until I can get a better tripod and focus well, I think that's about as good as I can do.
