I love how direct this piece is. Even if one looks at it from far away, they instantly know that it's Yang. Heck, I haven't even seen RWBY, but I could tell that this was her. As with your other RWBY sketches, I think that the strong contrast is great because it's what helps make your piece so direct.
One thing to watch out for is the arms. Generally, when girls cross their arms, the arms fall below the bust. (Yes, I said it). It's more natural that way. But that's just a minor detail. Other than that, please do more sketches!! They're fun to see because each one has its own distinct personality!
