I see Ruby telling them off for treating her like this is what I see happening. Absolutely none of this was necessary if all Weiss wanted was to see Ruby. If Yang and Blake just approached her and told her that Weiss was desperate enough to see her that she was literally paying them to do it, she'd likely have gone along without a struggle. Doing this way guarantees that Ruby will harbor hard feelings forever.
