It's awesome that you can imagine the situation very clearly despite of not knowing under what circumstances this conversation takes place 
Hmmm... it sounds like they'd plan a robbery or something similar XD But the first sentence wouldn't fit too much... except if that person worries about that the goods are too many to carry?! XDD
It could be two adventurers before setting off to a dangerous journey too... and it's the treasure's too heavy to carry
