I happen to:
a) also love the Wendy's twitter snark
b) have wanted to draw my own Wendy for a long time but was always too lazy
c) love Wendy's (I prefer it over any fast food place besides In-n-Out)

The Wendy's twitter is well-known to be snarky in responses to Twitter @ mentions. For example, someone might ask Wendy's what they should get at McDonalds instead, and Wendy's would reply, "get a better decision making skill" or the like. This made it sort of internet-famous and has become almost a meme.
