Bio: A feral dog that was mutated by a meteor that fell on top of it, the meteor was filled with an unknown source of radiation which caused the canine to transform into a bipedal Kaiju and was later captured by Monarch for study.

The creature was based on the Cyber-Dog from Kong: The Animated Series.
