Bio: A Red Fox who was mutated along with Wolverine and Ursa Major following the explosion of the nuclear power plant in Chernobyl, Vulpes wrecked havock across Ukraine before being captured and studied by Monarch who would later on give him the designation Titanus Vulpes.

The creature was inspired by the Cyber-Fox from Kong: The Animated Series while his appearance looks similar to Tod from The Fox And The Hound.
